Frequently asked questions
Do I own the copyright to the designs?
Yup! Once the files are handed off to you, they are 100% yours. In the case that we use a stock graphic or image in a design, you'll have full rights to that as well.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most small label requests are completed in just 5-7 business days. However, larger scope projects like brand design and full packaging systems can take longer. With the subscription plan, we aim to deliver small design requests in 2-3 days.
Can we get a discount if we order multiple designs at once?
Bulk pricing is available on a per project basis for large projects. Email us your project needs and we'll send you a quote.
Alternatively, a subscription plan is great for this. Submit as many design requests as you need and we'll knock them out one by one in just a few business days each.
Can you match our existing brand style?
Almost certainly, yes. Though there are times where a client used an illustrator with a very specific hand drawn style where we will do our best to replicate that style, or bring in someone who can.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
What is a revision?
A revision is an alteration to the design. i.e. a change in typography style, change in color scheme, adding additional information, etc.
How do I request a design?
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via email, using our website forms, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out).
For our design subscription members, you get your own private project management board via Notion, that you will use for all design requests, communication, project tracking, file sharing, and more.
